IHCL VIVANTA, NASHIK

This is brown field re-adaptive project with 350,000  sq. ft construction area and 5 levels of public floors, It will include a cutting-edge rooftop restaurant, a specialty restaurant, all-day dining options, an infinity pool, a spa, a gym, expansive banquet halls, meeting rooms, a courtyard, a presidential suite, and executive suites

The civil work for the project has been completed, and the MEPF and interior work are currently in progress.
