Project Management
AEgis provides a broad range of services from the preparatory phase of the project to managing the construction and commissioning.
Construction Management
We coordinate with all the stakeholders and subcontractors involved in a project, assuming a more intensive role and ensure that the work complies with the specifications agreed with the Developer.
Design Management
We review of the Architecture and Interior design planning proposed by the Design Consultant for circulation and feasibility.
Cost Management
We develop cost models, along with the Architect based on the concept design and develop a conceptual estimate which will be used to establish the master project Budget.
Contract Management
We manage the procurement of all project services, taking into consideration specific conditions of the project in terms of the need for local and or international consultants and contractors, design, resources, time, long lead deliveries, local requirements, and market conditions
Technical Supervision
We support and ensure that relevant construction industry regulations are followed during building works – be that structural architecture or infrastructure development.
