Ravi brings with him over three decades of professional experience, including 15 years of extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Employee Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management & Business Administration (Marketing), a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Administration (pursuing) from TISS, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Known for his strong leadership, people management skills, and ability to drive organizational growth through effective HR practices, Mr. Ravi heads the HR and administrative functions of AEgis.
