- Rima, an experienced architect by profession, is a forward-thinking, results-oriented leader with extensive expertise in project management, design management, and cost optimisation. Over the course of 18+ years, she has embarked on a remarkable professional journey with Chalet Hotels, Oberoi Realty, and Marriott International Hotels, fulfilling her aspiration of spearheading the creation of numerous properties throughout India. Despite her demanding professional journey, her commitment to continuous learning and staying current in the industry led her to pursue multiple certifications, such as BIM Modelling (Revit), 3Ds Max, V Ray, CAD,MSP among others. Her in-depth knowledge and mastery of all aspects of hotel execution planning have been honed through her extensive collaborations with esteemed Indian and global hotel chains, involving close partnerships with both hotel operators and owners throughout her tenure.

- Pramod is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry and a successful entrepreneur, boasting over two decades of experience in the conceptualisation and management of large-scale projects for a diverse range of hospitality and corporate clients. His journey commenced in the IT sector, having an electronics background, where he contributed his expertise to multiple esteemed companies. Over the course of two decades, Pramod's extensive journey, which included collaborations with numerous hotel brands and proprietors, inspired him to join forces with AEgis, focusing on their Project Management services. His deep-seated passion for the hospitality industry, coupled with his track record of establishing 4 ventures and successfully overseeing over 400 plus projects across various organisations, underscores his leadership prowess. In his role in AEgis, Pramod primarily drives the business development, operations and spearheading the team, further fortifying AEgis's project portfolio.

- Amol S Reddiwar, is a seasoned and versatile Architect with incredible experience of 26 years across Healthcare, Hospitality & Real Estate – Project and Development Management, Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning & Workflow, Project Design & Documentation, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, Resource Management, Work Place Safety and Team Management. His tenure in senior positions at renowned establishments such as EIH, IHCL, Chalet Hotels, and Juniper Hotels has equipped him with a keen eye for detail.
- His extensive experience ensures meticulous planning and execution at every stage, overseeing projects from conception to completion and guaranteeing successful project delivery. In his decades of senior management & leadership roles, concurrently directing multi-million and multi-location projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration. Delivered design & project development services diametrically contrasting in context of scale and complexity with consistent excellence.

Chandini Bhatt is an experienced and versatile professional with over three decades of expertise in the fields of hospitality design, project management, and interior consultancy. She has developed a strong foundation in managing and executing large-scale corporate office and hospitality projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed various high-profile projects, including luxury hotels, commercial spaces, and residential properties across Mumbai and other key locations. Notable projects include the Leela Hotels, Shangri-La Hotel Mumbai, The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Mumbai, and The IBIS Hotel in Pune. Her work has not only showcased her ability to oversee design execution but also her leadership in managing teams and complex project timelines.

- Mitali is an experienced and motivated hospitality design and project delivery expert, fuelled by a commitment to innovation and product development. Her professional journey includes collaborations with renowned figures such as Ar. Charles Correa and Marriott International Hotels, as well as teaching design and independent consulting on a diverse range of projects spanning over 18 years. Her expertise & interest is primarily into Space Planning, Space Concepts, Hotels and Interiors. One of her fundamental skills lies in the critical assessment of preliminary designs and providing valuable insights to optimize space utilization.
- Mitali possesses a keen eye for design, furnishings, fit-out elements, and art pieces, ensuring their seamless integration throughout the project's lifecycle. Her extensive background in the hotel industry, working alongside renowned design consultancies, property developers, and operators, has been a pivotal factor in the successful completion of projects of diverse scales. She excel in constructing and guiding top-notch teams, facilitating the successful execution of demanding hotel and resort projects in diverse cultural contexts. Her expertise encompasses every project stage, from initial briefing and design concept development to the grand opening.

- Chetan, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of diverse experience in MEP Design, Project Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Testing, Commissioning, Project Handover, and Value Engineering for Cost Optimization. He consistently delivers results with a focus on exceeding customer satisfaction, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety.
- Chetan excels in collaborating effectively with all stakeholders of the project, including owners, architects, vendors, designers, consultants, as well as subordinate engineers, supervisors, and labourers. His technical and execution expertise ensures smooth and successful project outcomes, meeting MEP system requirements on schedule.

Yadhu is a seasoned MEP professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the execution, engineering, and management of large-scale projects, including hotels, commercial buildings,andhigh-rise residential complexes. Throughout his career with PMC’slike Archetype, Ascentis, Colliers etc. he has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and resolving engineering challenges effectively. His proficiency in project planning, execution, and commissioning of MEP systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems, ensures that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Mumbai University. She has held senior leadership roles, including Lead Architect with reputed firms like The Leela Hotels, IspravaVesta, and SankalpanArchitects. Her expertise spans design development, master planning, project planning, value engineering, and multidisciplinary coordination. She has led pan-India projects from concept to execution, overseeing design standards, construction quality, and timely delivery. Damanpreetis known for her team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and a strong sense of design innovation and sustainability.
