IHCL SELEQTIONS, NADIAD

This is a conversion project from The Boulevard9 Hotel to IHCL SeleQtions, involving a full renovation, including a complete overhaul of MEP systems and interior makeover which is targeted to be open by September 2025.

AEgis has planned the renovation in such a manner by keeping the hotel operational, even though it’s challenging,  considering the work to be carried out while the guests are occupying rooms.
