This newly constructed Hyatt Place hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. The building comprises two levels of basement parking, a Ground floor, and an additional 10 floors, culminating in a spacious rooftop terrace. The hotel is equipped with a variety of high-end amenities, including a vibrant casino, banquet halls, and a swimming pool & a rooftop bar lounge. This project aims to set a new standard for hospitality in Kathmandu, blending contemporary design with exceptional facilities for both leisure and business travelers.
