This is a conversion project from The Boulevard9 Hotel to IHCL SeleQtions, involving a full renovation,This property in Nathdwara is being converted into an IHCL Gateway brand hotel. It features 101 keys and includes a banquet hall, ideal for conferences and social events. Guests can enjoy a spa and salon focused on wellness and relaxation, along with a dedicated kids’ activity area and a pool deck. The hotel also boasts a Kathiyawadi specialty restaurant, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of regional Gujarati cuisine, as well as a beautifully landscaped lawn for outdoor gatherings.
a complete overhaul of MEP systems and interior makeover which is targeted to be open by September 2025.
AEgis has planned the renovation in such a manner by keeping the hotel operational, even though it’s challenging, considering the work to be carried out while the guests are occupying rooms.
